Love Is Love
Coaching
for
Men loving Men
----

... Just as YOU are !

Why coaching can be particularly interesting for GBTQ+ Men:

Many men who love men struggle with the concept of masculinity

(what is this anyhow ?), minority stress, self-judgment, isolation,

and they tend to take care of and protect others (a form of conditioning)

rather than taking care of themselves.

Men are also socialized to disconnect from their emotions.

The shame of loving men as a man is compounded by negative core beliefs about being worthless and not good enough. The fear of judgment and rejection often makes us conform and give up on ourselves.

Instead of treating ourselves with love and support, we are critical of ourselves and others. We act out of our internalized homophobia,

overcompensate (e.g., a rock-hard body, endurance in bed, having everything under control) and try to please others to prove ourselves...

and what lies behind this?

We simply want to be loved and to belong

— just as we are!

What if you paused for a moment and imagined that your sexual orientation is a gift?

A gift to be different.
A gift of being unique—that you have something to offer
and share with the world—because you are different!

And honestly, who isn’t different?

What if there was a way to bring shame out of its hiding and meet it

with self-compassion ?

We can do so in community with other men who love men to experience that self-compassion makes us strong and gives us the courage to make changes in our lives.

We can’t wait for the world to change!
We have to take our lives into our own hands.
We have to face our self-rejection,
our own judgment of ourselves,
and transform it.

It is precisely through the combination of mindfulness, self-compassion,
Fogo Sagrado, and somatic practices that this becomes a possibilty.

Are you ready to embark on a path toward yourself ?

I look forward to connecting !

Yours truly,

Markus
