Entry Package
Introduction to awareness and orientation during a period of life transition
This package includes a massage and a Fogo Sagrado session, as well as three accompanying coaching sessions
over a duration of 4-6 weeks.
Alternatively, your coaching can include two Fogo Sagrado sessions and three accompanying coaching sessions.
Basic Package
advanced work in awareness and orientation during a phase of transition in life
This package includes two massages and two Fogo Sagrado sessions, as well as five accompanying coaching sessions over a period of 8-10 weeks.
Alternatively, your coaching can be adpated to include three massages and one Fogo Sagrado session, for example, in addition to five accompanying coaching sessions.
Essential Package
Introduction to independent awareness and energy work
This package includes training as a Fogo Sagrado Coach with accomanying coaching sessions, practice days, and material (if available).
Individual training or with the support of a group.
Both options are designed individually and depending on the needs present.
The training will occur in modules (in persion and online), with home practice and tasks in-beween modules.
If needed, elements from mindfulness and self-compassion will be included in the training to create a strong foundation.
