Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
Too hard on yourself? Learn life skills within a loving community to become your own best friend, turn towards difficult emotions with more ease, hold yourself in the midst of challenging situations and relationships with gentleness, and embrace your inner critic and motivate yourself with kindness.
It is never too late. You have it all within you. You just forgot.
Receive Fogo Sagrado to transform your negative experience and gain insights into repetitive themes of your life. Fogo Sagrado is a Shamanic practice that stems from indigenous tribes in the Amazon Rain Forest. Fogo Sagrado works with your higher self and in accord with your soul plan. A session takes about an hour to an hour and a half and is done in person or via distance.
You are protected. You are guided. There is a higher intelligence that knows you!

The 6 week short course in Mindful Self-Compassion was exactly what I needed. I have been learning about mindfulness for the past 3 years and developing somewhat of a practice, but I think that the Self- compassion piece was an important component to help me take the practice a little deeper and to make it my own and relevant to my own mental health and sense of self. I intend to take more courses in future, but now I feel like I have a new tool or gift that I can use to get through the ups and downs of life.

Thank you for facilitating MSC and leading the practices. I really resonated with your thoughtful delivery. You created a safe space for everyone, which allowed us to openly share our experiences with the group.
-Participant, MSC for Gay Men
Participating in Mindful Self Compassion with Markus has been life changing for me. I had a long history of negative self talk - in fact as long as I can remember, I spoke negatively to myself. The 6 week Mindful Self Compassion short course gave me a variety of tools to combat this negative self talk. It has also made me less reactive day to day, I find myself taking time to process the situation before automatically reacting. Markus provided a welcoming, safe environment. The invitation was always what worked for you, you were never forced to participate. I would highly recommend Mindful Self Compassion to anyone. This is a course you need to take!
This is simply amazing and helpful inner work. It expanded my compassion to myself and others in my life, and I hope will keep rippling out.
