Testimonials
The 6 week short course in Mindful Self-Compassion was exactly what I needed. I have been learning about mindfulness for the past 3 years and developing somewhat of a practice, but I think that the Self- compassion piece was an important component to help me take the practice a little deeper and to make it my own and relevant to my own mental health and sense of self. I intend to take more courses in future, but now I feel like I have a new tool or gift that I can use to get through the ups and downs of life.

Thank you for facilitating MSC and leading the practices. I really resonated with your thoughtful delivery. You created a safe space for everyone, which allowed us to openly share our experiences with the group.

Participating in Mindful Self Compassion with Markus has been life changing for me. I had a long history of negative self talk - in fact as long as I can remember, I spoke negatively to myself. The 6 week Mindful Self Compassion short course gave me a variety of tools to combat this negative self talk. It has also made me less reactive day to day, I find myself taking time to process the situation before automatically reacting. Markus provided a welcoming, safe environment. The invitation was always what worked for you, you were never forced to participate. I would highly recommend Mindful Self Compassion to anyone. This is a course you need to take!
